Premium furniture and decor retailer coming to Birkdale Village

Arhaus will exceed $1 billion in revenue this year

Nov. 2. Arhaus, a premium home furnishings retailer, has signed a lease with North American Properties (NAP) for a new location in Birkdale. The rapidly growing lifestyle brand sells heirloom quality furniture and décor that is “sustainably sourced, artisan crafted and built to last.”

The new Birkdale Village location will be an Arhaus Studio, a smaller showroom than the one already in SouthPark Mall.

During the third quarter ended Sept. 30, Arhaus net revenue increased 1.9 percent to $326 million, compared to $320 million in the third quarter of 2022.

The new store is expected to open next year, according to NAP.
