Flair Trade’s owner plans to open by early spring

Szilva Harman is working to reopen Flair Trade retail consignment in Cornelius.

Jan. 4. In a holiday message to Flair Trade customers the owner said “Flair Trade’s relocation project is moving forward. We plan to be open by early spring. ”

Szilva Harman, the new owner, did not respond to an email request for the new location or target opening date.

In October, Harman said the new location was very close to the Torrence Chapel Flair Trade’s previous location.

Store background

Flair Trade closed under former owner Jennifer Harrison in September.

Harrison said the store lost its lease in The Shops at Fresh Market to make make room for the TJX’s Home Sense concept store and Total Wine. Total Wine plans to move from Birkdale Village.
