Two N. Meck residents named branch leaders/BICs at Allen Tate

Jan. 31. Allen Tate has named two new branch managers. Ellen Morgan is the new branch leader and broker-in-charge at the company’s Charlotte-University City office at 145 West W.T. Harris Boulevard.

Charlotte-Providence@485/Union County office, and for the past six years in the Charlotte-Lake Norman office. The Huntersville resident has also held positions with Allen Tate Marketing, Allen Tate Insurance, and Builder Services.

Cornelius resident Hilary Broadway is the new branch leader and broker-in-charge at the Charlotte-Providence@485/Union County office.

In her new role, she will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 50 Allen Tate agents and staff.

Broadway is an award-winning career professional with 26 years of real estate experience with Allen Tate, generating nearly $100 million in closed sales volume.

Broadway, who chaired the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce in 2014, is also a mediator for Canopy Realtor Association and for North Carolina Association of Realtors where she serves as an ombudsman.

She takes over from Diane Wolfe, who is retiring from leadership after more than 19 years with Allen Tate. Wolfe will continue to list and sell residential properties.
