Premier Sotheby’s reports NC sale prices up 18%

Jan. 14. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (PSIR) is reporting a 40 percent increase in total sales volume in their North Carolina offices, as well as an 18 percent increase in the average sales price for the full year 2021.

Company-wide, sales volume rose 51 percent year over year to $10.7 billion. With an average sales price of $931,567, the brokerage also closed 11,471 transactions. The average sales price system-wide was up 17 percent.

PSIR has more than 40 offices from Southwest Florida to the High Country of North Carolina. The Central Florida region saw the largest increase in average sale price, at 25 percent.

The Sotheby’s office in Lake Norman is in Jetton Village in Cornelius.
