April 13. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has been ranked No. 21 nationally on the annual REAL Trends 500 survey of the top residential brokerage companies, based on 2020’s sales performance.

Premier Sotheby’s, which has an office in Lake Norman, moved up seven spots, from No. 28 in 2020, and is the No. 2 Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate worldwide by sales volume.

It is ranked No. 19 on the annual RISMedia Top 1,000 Power Broker Report, moving up six spots from No. 25 in 2020. With $7.1 billion in total sales volume, the company recorded more than 8,925 closed transactions in 2020 at an average sale price of $795,079.

The REAL Trends 500 ranks residential real estate firms by closed transaction sides and closed sales volume.
