April 26. Lee Connor will be the interim town manager in Harrisburg upon the departure of Town Manager Haynes Brigman effective June 1. Connor, is the assistant town manager and has previously served as the interim town manager having joined town staff in 2010 as finance director. Meanwhile, Mooresville resident Rob Donham is the new interim assistant town manager. Previously he was the engineering and public works director.
