Kevin Holdridge, president of KDH Residential Designs in Huntersville, received the 2016 “Designer of the Year” Award at the annual summer conference for the American Institute of Building Design in Denver.  The award is in recognition of Holdridge’s nine years of service to AIBD as member and most recently president of the AIBD.
