April 12. Allen Tate will hold a grand opening at the company’s new Mooresville office on Tuesday, April 26 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. A ribbon cutting by the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber will be held at 5.

The office, which is home to more than 40 agents, opened in April 2021. The address is 137 Center Square Drive, Suite D.

“We moved into our new office one year ago, but COVID kept us from celebrating,” said Branch Leader Christy Chaffee.
