May 31. A 161-acre estate with a mile of frontage on the French Broad River has hit the market for $25 million. Located at 3903 Island Ford Road in Brevard, “Blue Fish Farm” includes a 6,150 square foot mansion, a guest house, a pool house and a three-bedroom treehouse.

There are also a theater, fitness center, tennis court and long-range mountain views.

Alec Cantley of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Asheville office has the listing.

  1. Beautiful place. Though out of reach for 99%of Americans, it only takes one buyer to make owning this estate a reality.
