New websites for Business Today and Cornelius Today enhance reader experiences

By Dave Yochum. Business Today and Cornelius Today launched new websites that will provide an enhanced experience for users across a variety of platforms including tablets, personal computers and cell phones.

The websites were designed and built by Stephen Nance, production director of the two publications. “The experience for readers is more consistent across platforms, as well as more appealing to the eye,” Nance said.

Key features including news items, feature stories, events and obituaries are easily accessible to online readers.

For advertisers, the web sites have more options around size and shape. In every case, the ads hyperlink directly to advertisers’ web sites. Total exposure, both in print and online unique visitors, is in excess of 30,000 per month.

“The websites and print publications, as well as our trademark events like Newsmakers Breakfasts, provide multiple advertising opportunities across multiple platforms for a broad audience at an affordable price for our target market—and that’s small businesses,” says Gail Williams, advertising and marketing director of Business Today and Cornelius Today.
