Ronda Strickland has been promoted to vice president of operations at Master Title Agency, a real estate title company based in University City. In her new role, Strickland will oversee all internal processes and communications regarding title insurance commitments and policies; serve as trainer for new employees and ongoing professional development; and assist with personnel matters.

Strickland joined Master Title Agency in 2014 as a title insurance underwriter. She has worked in the title industry for 10 years. She has also worked as a first grade teacher and financial services analyst. A graduate of UNC-Charlotte, she lives with her husband Jason and son Wiley in Charlotte.

Master Title Agency is part of the Allen Tate Family of Companies. It provides title services for both residential and commercial real estate transactions in North and South Carolina from local offices in the Charlotte, Triad and Triangle regions.
