May 28. Local business and community leaders gathered at the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce to celebrate Small Business Week and to recognize local small businesses.

Recognized were Liz and Mike Marlow from AlphaGraphics in Cornelius, Zach Weir and Levi Bretz representing Jeff Weir for Freedom Boat Club in Davidson; Angela Fluck representing Sue and John Gilbert with Nothing Bundt Cakes in Huntersville; and David, Brandon, and Branson Alexander from David Alexander Electric in Mooresville.
