Feb. 6. Charlotte-based retailer Rack Room Shoes has promoted two employee within the retailer’s buying and store operations teams. Associate Buyer Laryssa Grant will assume an expanded position with buying responsibilities in men’s, women’s and children’s slippers. Additionally, the company also named Kevin Stimson as the new director of store operations and training.
