April 6. A boutique residential brokerage based in Mooresville is aligning with a major player in the luxury real estate market. Julie Cash, founder and owner of J Cash Real Estate, has affiliated with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. She will become the managing broker for the new Langtree office as well as Premier Sotheby’s existing office in Jetton Village Shoppes in Cornelius.

Cash has spent nearly two decades specializing in the luxury home market and Lake Norman’s waterfront communities. She was the No. 1 top-producing agent in Iredell County for 2021 with over $35 million in closed residential sales.

Cash said the merger is a natural fit.

“Premier Sotheby’s International Realty prides itself on its commitment to providing an elevated level of service, and that has always been our mission. We are proud to join a leading luxury brokerage and look forward to sharing the incredible marketing tools and global resources of this time-honored brand,” Cash said.
