April 6. A boutique residential brokerage based in Mooresville is aligning with a major player in the luxury real estate market. Julie Cash, founder and owner of J Cash Real Estate, has affiliated with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. She will become the managing broker for the new Langtree office as well as Premier Sotheby’s existing office in Jetton Village Shoppes in Cornelius.
