Publix expands footprint in Lake Norman, with store opening next week in Huntersville

Feb. 2. According to the grocer’s website, the Publix store at  15010 Village Crossing Rd. in  Huntersville will open Wednesday, Feb. 8. It will have a pharmacy, catering, bakery, deli, floral, seafood and produce like the store in Cornelius. Publix shows roughly a dozen groceries in Mecklenburg County, including two other locations in Huntersville.
